•	MCSD certification

to inbound customer inquiries for the purpose of handling customer service requirements and
generate sales where applicable.

•	have previous experience working in a contact centre
•	are a high school graduate
•	are fluent in English/French
•              additional premium for fluency in Spanish 
•	are available to work various shifts.  Our inbound unit operates on a 24/7/365 basis

We are looking for highly experienced, mature sales professionals to do business to business
calling. As a Customer Contact Representative (CCR), you are required to generate outbound
calls and/or respond to inbound customer inquiries for the purpose of generating sales and
responding to customer service inquiries. 

HOURS OF WORK: MON-FRIDAY, 9am to 5pm

Compensation:     
~  Paid training, Opportunity for over $14/hour once probation is completed (includes bonus).
